Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Beach Habitats 30A.

Awesome fall trip to watercolor. House was great. Loved doing fires at night and kitchen allowed for us to make full thanksgiving spread. Great access to watercolor and seaside.

Overall the house was good... great location! The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the front porch. Broken dishwasher rack, golf cart & bikes (tired) and an exterminator would help the property. The house is on the market to sale.

The property is very beautiful and clean. The location is great. The Low speed Vehicle (Golf Cart) lacks a lot to be desired. Property Managment group was easy to deal with.

Only suggestion is that there are limited kitchen supplies - only 1 large pan and 1 small pan, no pyrex measuring cup, no large knives, one cutting board. Could use a few more items.
