Hooked on Beach Life! Located on a super ocean view lot in quiet Askin's Creek, Hooked on Beach Life is a mere stone's throw from the ocean's edge and one of the closest homes to the Canadian Hole windsurfing area. The easy, 100-foot walk over the direct ocean access to the beachfront will delight anyone who has ever lugged a beach chair, cooler, or child to the water.
The ground level has an ample, concrete parking area. The first level has three spacious bedrooms (each with a TV), a bathroom, a laundry area, and comfortable furnishings. Hooked on Beach Life pays homage to the beautiful ocean view location with a grand prow front design that allows great views from the interior and wide two-level decks. The second level has a convenient bathroom, a screened porch, and a large great room with cathedral ceilings, plenty of glass, and warm wood accents. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area can handle light hors d'oeuvres or family-size meals in style.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

To us, this home was out of this world!! We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Hooked on Beach Life. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need during your stay and beach access is so close and wonderful we didn't even use our driving permit beachside this year!
We were hoping to finally make this house our home for every year we loved it so much, but the dog limit changed ☹️ That is truly the only bummer of the entire wonderful property! That and it's managed by Vacasa now 😑

Cute and up to date. Sofas and dining table could be replaced! Also a screen door on the screened in porch would have been nice.
They did replace outdoor shower head at our request.

The beach access was close save there was a glimpse of ocean view but the road noise spoils the sound of the ocean, the furnishings are outdated and the house is dirty, probably for to the policy of guests vacuuming and putting away dishes at check out. Needs some TLC and regular deep cleaning.
