Being the end unit of the end building, this villa offers extraordinary privacy while enjoying all of the amenities of a resort community. The balcony offers views over the lake to the majestic Swan Range, as well as to the natural beauty of the community park next door. The interior is light and spacious with custom carpentry and tasteful furnishings, adding up to a distinct unit in this luxury community.
The living space boasts room for everyone in the open living room, dining area and kitchen. A separate wine bar provides lots of room for the bartender to stay out of the cook’s way. The dining table seats up to eight, with and additional six stools at the counter providing the perfect “kid’s table”. Two bedrooms have luxurious queen beds, and the master a king bed. All three rooms have enough space for an airbed or play-n-pack for extra sleeping space. This is the perfect setup for a few couples or a multi-generational family gathering with lots of room to gather together—while the bedrooms are private enough for anyone who just needs to check-out for a while.
The village of Lakeside is “just right”—big enough to sport a grocery store, brewery, bakery, and several good restaurants. But small enough to remain true to our Montana roots. Glacier National Park is only an hour away. And the great villages of Bigfork and Whitefish within easy reach for a day of shopping or dining. I’ve stayed at the Waterside Condos for the past 4 years for the 4th of July. Best seats in the house. Lakeside is a very cute small town. Glacier Perks for coffee in the morning and Spinnaker for your local bar hangout. They have a great breakfast on the weekends. Highly recommend this condo.
