The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, a professional grade gas range and other quality appliances. Outside, the spacious deck features your own private hot tub, a gas grill, and seating to take in the views. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles. The Wellington House is amazing! We were surrounded by trees and snow. There are houses around, but you don’t notice them. Loved the big windows, the Sonos system, the hot tub, and both showers are updated nicely! With the free ride system that Breck offers, made it so easy to get to the slopes, and downtown!

This house works great for us due to the location, size and pet friendliness. We have rented it before and decided to rent it for a month this summer. Unfortunately, we had to move out after 3.5 weeks due to a clogged sewer line that flooded the basement that is not accessible for renters. The property management company found another house for us but it was 10 miles away so not ideal.
