We needed a central location and this fit the bill. Plenty of room for our growing family! Kitchen was well stocked with Keurig and mixing/baking utensils for our big meals. Plenty of room for our family to eat and chat with each other!

We had 3 Vrbo's rented amongst our family traveling from 4 states for a wedding.
For more convenience to your guests I would add more amenities, hair dryers, iron (which we bought and left there) & ironing board. Be sure towels are distributed to bathrooms and all beds have sheets on them.
All in all, the house was a nice size to accommodate our group to hang out together between events. I'd take this over several hotel rooms any day.
