This is a well located villa, a 5 minute drive from Nai Harn/Rawai. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Flexible check in and out was helpful and good communication from the host.
There were a number of maintenance issues during our stay, aircon not working etc. However, the host was quick to respond and fix the problems.
