the location is the best

Tons of ants crawling around the kitchen counters and sink - the kitchen had NO work space - they put a huge microwave on one of the counters that could be moved to a cart to provide more working space. We ran out of propane in the middle of making steaks for dinner - had to run to the gas station to get another - they could easily have a spare tank stored for convenience factor.
