Beautifully Renovated 4 Bedroom Apt + Kid's Room

The property itself was just beautiful, well decorated and all of nice quality, the beds were very comfy and the bedding in the childrens room was so soft. It has beautiful views of the slopes and the mountains and is actually bigger in person than the pictures make it look - much more spacious and less narrow than I anticipated. The hallways and staircases are lovely and wide making it very easy to get luggage up and down the stairs :)

Unfortunately we had a couple of problems. There was heavy snow (which is expected in this location) and because of it the parking was not accessible. They didnt tell us until we got there and said we couldnt drive in - they also didnt offer any help in finding alternatives. We parked by the entrance to unload the cars (we stayed over Christmas day with children so had a Christmas tree + all the presents and food in the cars - 3 car loads) and a neighbour within the same urbanisation as the property called the police on us to have the cars moved when he could see we were doing the unloading trips and sadly didnt think to speak to us first. We were not blocking cars in any way on the public or private road. Then the boiler was not working from the 1st day which meant we had no heating or hot water and when we tried to get in touch with the property managers they did not respond for a while, then they said this happens often and tried to talk us through fixing it on face time. In the end one of us fixed it with the help of Chat GPT but it took some time. They told us on the day we arrived that the washing machine is broken and would be fixed during our stay but this was never followed up on. They only provided 4 small towels for 6 guests and when we asked for more several times we were told no and that they were in the property, we constantly told them we couldn't find them and they still told us no. So we made do sharing the 4 towels. The property also only came with 1 set of keys, for a property that has beds for 10 people (excluding sofas/sofa beds) in a social environment like a Ski resort where plans for large groups will 100% differ this was less than ideal and meant we had to leave the key under the mat a lot. We were also told it was the only key they had so not to lose it, but then told to leave it locked inside on the day we left.

Las vistas y la compañía

Las almohadas son un poco altas, por si acaso hay alguien un poco más delicado. Si vas a salir de fiesta tienes un bus hasta las 3 am. Ya que la ubicación es alta y andando la subida es horrible

Exactly like the photos , clean and good wifi. Beds very good

Location is terrible . Checkin process was confuse . I received a different name to contact in an email and in a another msg the wright one . Price is not worth for what we get .
