This place is amazing : you can do lot of activities around, with no car, like going to the beach, fiestas and restaurants nearby, beautiful landscape to see, even visiting the center of Mandelieu. It's a lovely place. A taste of paradise.
The only issue concerned the deposit: €1,200 for four days felt excessive. In addition, we were required to pay the full amount of the stay upon arrival, which we found somewhat unusual.

The decor was very contemporary and had a luxury feel. The location is perfectly placed to explore the French Riviera. The staff was very friendly and attentive in dealing with our queries.
We wish we had a balcony.
