Overpriced

Room was beautiful and pool was nice

Staff at the restaurant were really unfriendly, on the verge of aggressive. Reception staff, in contrast, were lovely. Extremely expensive at the restaurant for what it was.

Good stay, but some disappointing details

The location was great — quiet and close to Cannes by car.

However, I didn’t like that the hotel blocked €400 on my card even though we had already paid around €500 for the room in advance. When I asked about it, the receptionist said it wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com but that it’s their policy. I would’ve preferred to just pay for extras if I ordered something, rather than having such a big deposit blocked “just in case.” Breakfast was decent but exactly the same every day — omelette, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, cakes, and cereal. If you woke up later, there was no bacon left and they wouldn’t replace it.

Fantastic retreat, little outside of town.

Fantastic place, nice, clean and super friendly staff, very close to Cannes, private on site parking and charging port for 4 cars, all in one, perfect, I travelled with my Son and we enjoyed every minute. Definitely nice to visit in October, less crowded Cannes and perfect weather.

Pricey and unfriendly reception staff - not a 4 star hotel

- AC not working well, phone not working - not fixed during 4 days stay - Room very small and smells humidity - Asks 100€/day additional in advance, impossible to pay in the end, insists several times to pay for the restaurant immediately and impossible to put on the room —> clearly not the standards of a 4 star hotel - Room is not cleaned at 3pm —> we ended up not having our room cleaned at all between two nights - Awful reception staff (but very nice staff at the restaurant) - Dangerous pool, someone cut his feet and emergency services were called - you need to bring back yourself the towels from the pool and it is maximum 1 switch per day Overall, staff not to the standards of a 4 star hotel, and you can feel they want to save money everywhere they can

Beautiful place with really modern touch, Beautiful pool and very nice people. The breakfast is small but cozy, I highly recommended it for a realixing holiday. Great hotel overall!

good location, friendly and helpful staff at check in and restaurant. Good quality cuisine.

hotel has a „gym“ the size of a shoe box with basically no equipment. I did ask the manager politely, whether I could work out in the pool area and she refused, pretending the pool is being cleaned. She directed me to a sloping piece of lawn, which I refused. The manager handled my request very poorly in an unprofessional manner, c'est le ton qui fait la chanson…

Pleasant but nothing awesome

The rooms are clean yet small and for what they offer somewhat overpriced. Seating outside was pleasant. Coffee was good.

The service could be friendlier and was also slow. They did not have much going on but took 20 minutes to serve two cups of coffee. This happened several times.

The only thing I would improve is having food/snacks during the afternoon (between lunch and dinner). Specially for guests that stay in the pool, not having any food to order, becomes a little struggle.

A comfortable hotel, a bit out of the city centre, friendly staff.

I booked a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the river (according to the pictures) which turned out to be a room overlooking the parking, a discussion didn't help, so we booked a room with river view for an extra 30,-, parking place 15,-, breakfast 21,- p.p. I wouldn't book again.
