Easy to find and a great host who explains everything, responds right away. The studio apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. High quality mattress, bedding, towels. Great shower. The setting is the Theatre District in the Cento of downtown surrounded by fabulous food and shopping. Short walk to the canal and promenades, big highlight for us.

This is NOT A HOTEL so there are no hotel amenities. No ramps for luggage from street to sidewalk or through the front entry way, no luggage carts or porters. Took awhile to talk with the front desk security, very busy lobby. Older building with older slow elevators, you might wait ten minutes or more to get from lobby to your floor or back to the lobby. There is no rooftop or patio or balconies. Some floors of the building are riddled with mold (floor four for example). The hallway of floor 12 smells like urine and air freshener / carpet deodorizer (it's not working, makes it worse). Photos of the apartment seemed to show two bedroom set ups (King vs. two twins) but I misunderstood that, it's just a single room studio.

Es muy céntrico, cerca de todo , la ubicación es increíble, las camas son muy cómodas, el baño muy limpio y son el espacio ideal. Es una buena opción si vas en familia, es como un mini apartamento. La Sra Cristina una persona muy atenta , respondía rápido los mensajes y nos facilitó la entrada para poder ingresar antes al hospedaje.

Yo soy de Perú y en Argentina es común hacer un pago por adelantado, lo que no es muy común en Perú. Aún así confié en la Sra Cristina y me fue muy bien, me explicó bien cómo hacer las transacciones. Recomiendo que si son extranjeros y van a Argentina se descarguen billeteras digitales como AstroPay, con eso pude hacer las transacciones.

This accommodation offers perfect value for money. It boasts an excellent location in the city center; the Obelisk is visible as soon as you step out onto the street. All other major sights are also within walking distance or easily accessible via the nearby metro and bus stations. We were able to comfortably walk to San Telmo and Boca. If you need to get around faster or for longer distances, Uber works perfectly and is significantly cheaper than, for example, in Europe or the United States. On the ground floor of the building, there's a small café and a check-in desk with two friendly and jovial, grandfatherly security guards. You then reach the accommodation via one of the elevators. The room is simply furnished, the beds are very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We would especially like to commend our host, Cristina. Her communication beforehand was excellent and informative, and throughout our stay, she consistently answered our questions and provided fantastic support. We definitely recommend this accommodation!
