The house we stayed in was excellent and perfect for a family vacation with younger children! It was clean and exactly as advertised. The house is a perfect base for your Orlando activities, offers plenty to do, is extremely comfortable, and the wildlife is amazing. The host was very friendly and had amazing communication. Cell phone reception is poor at this location so you will have to use WiFi to stay connected. The WiFi was hit or miss. The overall surrounding community area had more trash laying around than I would expect but this should not reflect on the owners as people were constantly out cleaning but more on the people who were staying in the houses. The clubhouse is a money grab and can be skipped. They do not allow any food or beverages from outside so you are forced to purchase items from them. Overall it was an excellent stay, a good value, and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!! Plenty of space for big families, very safe and fun. It was extremely clean and the pool/patio is amazing! You won’t believe the rooms.

For a large group of all ages this is the perfect fit. It was so big spacious it gave a lot of privacy. I wish I could have stayed another week and not leave the property.
