We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our seven grandchildren and there parents to enjoy Universal, Discovery Cove, and the ocean and this home was perfect for our needs. They loved the pool, hot tub, theatre room, and game room. We also spent a fun afternoon at the clubhouse swimming. The alligators entertained us all in the AM while we enjoyed our breakfast on the patio. The host communicated well and responded quickly to our questions. We would love to stay again.

Great space, cool themed rooms and the kids loved the game room! Easy access to restaurants. Easy communication with the host. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thanks for a memorable stay!

the host was fantastic , amenities were more than we expected. we had a few minor issues . we rented a gas grill and the lighting option did not work had to run to the store and buy a lighter. one of the games in the game room would not work . and the leg on the pool table fell off. i looked under it afterwords to find there were no screws jolding it together.

Host was accommodating and timely responses to concerns. The inside of the house was cleaned and had ample appliances available ro use. The kids and entertainment areas were nice. Having washer and dryer available was also good.However we were disappointed with the outside/ patio area. The outside lawn was overgrown, the patio chairs were dirty and the general areas were unkept and not cleaned. That the reason for the 3 stars.
