This hilltop condominium resort is conveniently located right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge with shopping, restaurants and attractions just minutes away.

This inviting condo offers plenty of space for your family to enjoy. It provides two spacious bedrooms - one King Suite with ensuite bath and one Queen bedroom with connected full bath.
At the end of a day experiencing all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer and having fun together you can cozy up by the fireplace on a cool night, sink in on the comfy sofa and watch a movie together on the flat screen TV or open up the frech doors to the balcony and let in the fresh mountain air on a beautiful day.

The stay was over all a good stay. I think it could use quite a few updates. The pull out couch desperately needs a new mattress & there was crumbs & trash under the pull out couch. The tv in the queen bedroom was so small & outdated the whole picture from what was on TV wouldn’t show. New pull out couch mattress & upgraded TV’s would make the place a lot better.

Excellent. Location is unbeatable, Unit was very clean, decorations a very nice touch (Christmas tree was just waiting there!) I did not have to have constant communications with Shelly because there were no issues. If someone wants a hassle free place to stay, this is it. Oh, by the way, did I mention that this is probably the best deal on the "strip".

Vacation was great, but. I’ve stayed at this resort before but not though S&D properties. We were surprised that no starter coffee was supplied ( even though I don’t drink it) or small hotel soaps, or the cheap towels. Beds were really hard. They were also too high. My wife is 5 ft tall and we are senior citizens. A stool of some sort or lower the bed would be nice. They advertised the Alexis assistant, but ours wasn’t hooked up to an app it was saying, so it didn’t work at all. Am I knit-picking, Maybe, but I don’t think so when I got all this in the other room in April except the Alexis thing.I travel a lot being retired so I do expect certain things. The place was very clean, check in check out were easy. Pool was nice. Now all that being said, I do appreciate the free tickets to some places around town and they were real easy to get and no pressure to buy others from them. I’m retired military so I normally get a military discount of $2-3.00 per ticket buying from the individual place. This did save enough money to offset. My complaints. We used 3 out of 4 of our tickets allowed. Now would we stay, wife said no mainly because of the beds she had trouble with, me I think I would because the tickets saved me enough to look pass some things. Their contract didn’t say they supplied any of that small stuff, so I guess I can’t complain, but I do still except it when other rooms get it.
