Stay DIRECTLY on the beach in this gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath condo! Our Island Escape at Sun Plaza West has everything you could want from your Anna Maria Island vacation, including a lighted tennis court, heated pool, and direct access to the sugar sands of Anna Maria's Island's pristine beaches.
**********The pool will be closed starting the week of July 14th through the first week of September.
This lovely unit has been completely redone by new owners. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and our silky sand beaches from both the large screened porch off of the living room and the open balcony off of the primary bedroom. An open living space will provide you and your family with comfortable seating for relaxation, a large SMART TV for entertainment, and a dining table to seat everyone for delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
The primary bedroom not only features views of the Gulf from a private balcony but also contains the comfort of a king bed, a large flat-panel TV, and an en suite bath. Designed with families in mind, the second bedroom features twin beds and another flat-panel TV. (Can sleep six with rented roll-away beds.)
Sun Plaza West is centrally located in the heart of Holmes Beach, directly on the southbound route of the Island's free trolley. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shops within an easy distance for walking or biking. During your stay, you might even want to stroll a short distance north on the beach to the famous Beach Bistro, which has consistently been awarded the highest ZAGAT scores in the state of Florida and is included in ZAGAT's Top Restaurants in America.

Not being familiar with the area, we did drive by the complex before finding it. Apparently we should have paid attention to my vehicles GPS instead of gawking at the sights. But once we found the location, got the key, from the key box, found our unit…we were happy, happy girls. Unit was perfect. Direct view of the Gulf. The unit is cute & fitting for the location. And the view! Can’t beat Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Complex very conveniently located. Had everything we needed. Hated to leave.

This unit was one the best we have stayed in the state of Florida. Super Clean and fully loaded unit, had everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. Board games and books to keep busy in case of bad weather. The views were absolutely incredible. Furniture and beds were extremely comfy. Communication from the property manager was simply amazing from the time we booked until after we left. The entire building was clean including the tennis courts and pool area. We will definitely stay again in.the future! Bonus.... shower pressure in the master was incredible.
