Room 2: This is large bedroom with a Full and Twin sized double bunk. It is great for sleeping 2 to 3 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room with a White/Oak mood lamp on a nightstand. It comes complete with designer sheets and 4 pillows.
Living Room: This is arguably the best space in the unit. The avant-garde finishing is superb. Must see it to believe it. Enjoy the ambience. Enjoy the simple yet stylish furnishing. Comes complete with a 55" Smart TV with android OS. Perfect for streaming your favourite TV Shows, Movies and Gaming.
Kitchen: Just bring your own food. We have provided the rest. This kitchen comes completely stocked with every relevant cooking needs. Very comfortable and nice basement suite. The owner was very nice and quick to fix a probable I had with stove. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Once I figured everything out i.e. the shower and TV it was quite pleasant. I was a little disappointed after a long day of trialing with my dog, that there was no place to sit outside and unwind. The yard is all gravel both front and back. The place was clean and modern and I found the host easy to contact if I had a question. The street out front was busy with traffic but I soon learned that every street in Saskatoon is busy! One thing I must say though is that the water from the tap is just like bottled water! Yay! I would stay there again if ever the need arises...

Check in and communication was excellent. I had a problem with the heating system which was dealt with immediately. Apartment was clean and welcoming. We did feel that the beds could have been more comfortable
