About this house rental
Gorgeous suburban townhome located in a fantastic and desirable neighborhood. Near the heart of Spanish Fork and close to breathtaking biking/hiking/walking trails. Only 5 minutes from all shopping and restaurants. Easy access off and on to both major highways: Highway 6 and I-15.
The home is pet friendly, however pets are allowed only on the first floor and basement. Upstairs is all carpet and we want to be sure it remains clean as much as possible. NOTE: this is a townhome, all bedrooms are on the second floor.

This was just an overnight stop for our family. It's in a great neighborhood. Play structure right out front for our granddaughter. The place is minimalist but was all we needed for a comfortable bed, have some dinner, get a good nights sleep and continue on our journey. It fit 6 of use very well. We had all we needed -- time together not spent in separate hotel rooms, relax after a long drive, comfortable beds, hot shower, coffee in the morning. I recommend this property.

We were in town visiting family and this property was only 5 minutes away from where they live, so very convenient. It fit us all well and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!

Pros: Location was wonderful. Close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. We were able to check early due to our arrival time. Thank you. The home was very clean and well-maintained.
Cons: the Wi-Fi was horrible. We were unable to watch television. In order to log into our computers we had to use a personal hotspot from our cellular phones. We would have liked to have blankets available for times when we were lounging in the living room area. The beds were furnished with a sheet and a very thin comforter. No blankets on the beds. We were only given one towel per person during the stay. We booked the home because of the extra amenities of the pool table, basketball, game, and poker table that were listed on the listing. Unfortunately, the poker table was not there, the pool table was quite wobbly, and every pool cue was damaged. We had to purchase batteries for the basketball game, and every basketball was deflated. One evening, we wanted to make dinner in the house instead of going out. The house did not contain one pot where we could boil water for spaghetti.
I am hoping that by the time this review posts, the errors that I will mention will be taken care of.… We booked through VBRO. And when we booked our trip , the checkout time was listed as 11 AM and the pet fee was listed as $25. Once we checked into our stay, we were told that checkout was 10 AM and the pet fee was $50. I addressed this with the owner and was told that the listing didn’t translate properly to VBRO from their ‘original listing ‘ and we were still expected to check out by 10 AM. I had to reach back to the owner to express my opinion regarding this issue. Fortunately, we were allowed to stay till 11 AM and received a refund on the pet fee due to the fact that the listing was different than what we were charged.
Although I appreciate that, these items were made correct, at the end of our stay, I probably wouldn’t choose to say here again, due to the fact that the amenities were misrepresented, and it was my responsibility to make sure that we weren’t overcharged or asked to leave prior to walk, was represented in the listing.
Also, just to be transparent… We originally booked not expecting a pet… However, there was a terrible winter storm and our son was traveling through and needed to stay with us with his dog. He arrives late so we did not contact the owner in the middle of the night, but planned to do so in the morning. We pay the fee the next day
