After spending a day hitting the Sundance slopes or exploring Uintah National Forest trailheads and Stewart Falls, it’s time to settle down in your own private mountain home, brimming with personality and entertainment. This expansive 12 bedroom, 13.5 bathroom lodge will enchant your guests as you lounge in spacious living areas, explore the hidden nooks, and spend valuable time with loved ones as you enjoy the billiard hall and 1,500-gallon hot tub.
The Space: When you arrive from a day of outdoor adventures, take some time to enjoy the scenic mountain beauty on one of the spacious decks. Get cozy by the outdoor fireplace and bask in the panoramic views of Mount Timpanogos and the setting sun. When night has fallen, it’s time to move your party to the lower level, the prized jewel of the home. Here you’ll find the billiard hall, equipped with a pool table, foosball table, a classic working jukebox, piano, guitar, games room, and mahogany bar. If your group desires a more luxurious approach, take a dip in the custom grotto hot tub, complete with floor to ceiling windows surrounding the entire room.
If you’ve finally worn yourself out, it’s time to settle down for the evening. Take your choice from one of the 12 bedrooms set throughout every level of the home. Spend an evening in luxury as you soak in your private tub and warm up by your bedroom’s fireplace, before turning out the lights. After waking to the sound of the nearby stream, you’ll have another day of adventure and leisure ahead. Enjoy breakfast in the sun-soaked kitchen or lounging on the outdoor deck of your choice. The dining and kitchen tables will comfortably sit up to 21. Spend your morning exploring the elaborate train system, which is suspended overhead and travels through the walls of the main floor. Become lost exploring the endless delights of the home, which include a spiral staircase leading to two hidden rooms, a shaded sandbox and outdoor swing for kids, spacious lawns for outdoor dining and meetings, two bunk rooms, bluetooth music, Alexa, 3 flat screen TVs, radiant heat throughout the home, exquisite landscaping, a generator (which will power on automatically in case the home loses power), and endless outdoor adventures. KeepConnect device will automatically reboot the router if it locks up, so your internet will always be available.
To help us monitor your compliance maximum occupancy, we use a signal detection sensor in our home that will send us reports regarding the total number of devices in our home at any one time. We will not receive any personal information in these reports or even any information about any one individual device.
No parties are allowed. Events and gatherings are only allowed if pre-approved before booking.

The three bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen beds have one queen bed in a loft accessed by ladder stairs.

We had a friends and family reunion and the cabin was perfect! There was enough room for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved playing in the house and the train track was a big hit!

We rented over the New Years and found that we had plenty of room for our group of 35. The amenities were great. The location was beautiful. Our only complaint was that the previous renter was late leaving, making the cleanup and prep for our stay as not as good as it could have been. The owner/agent tried to help, but they were rushed. However, our overall experience was wonderful and we would use it again.

The house itself was absolutely gorgeous as was the area where it is situated. One of the reasons that I settled on this property, aside from the size and location was because of the huge hot tub that I knew my family would love. I had inquired a couple of times before our arrival to ensure that the water was hot when we arrived, but on May 22nd when we did arrive, I was confronted with a huge mess of rubble close to where the hot tub room was situated. I called and was informed that the tub was broken and in-work, but we could access a much smaller hot tub in the small house next door, which would only hold 2 or 3 people at best. They had texted me that day but I hadn’t seen it as I was enroute to the house.The house was not as clean as I would expect. There were stains in the carpets on the stairs and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen chairs. The glass globes on all the lights needed a good cleaning, as some even had multiple dead insects inside. All the windows also could have used a cleaning. Many areas needed a good dusting, and the cute metal rack over the kitchen stove was covered in grease and dust. One of the outside grills was too covered in burned leftovers to be used. The kid’s playhouse was too dirty for them to use. Several areas in the house had burned out light bulbs including some bathrooms, so doors could not be shut. TV in the master bedroom had no remote. For the price, I expected a much cleaner place.
