If you'd like to enjoy a grilled meal, the complex offers access to shared gas grills. You'll be just a few steps from the sugar sand beach and a coastal dune lake, where you can fish, kayak, or canoe. Follow the local bike paths to reach Grayton Beach State Park (100 yards north), Grayton Beach (less than two miles east), Gulf Place Town Center (three miles west), and Seagrove Beach (four miles east).

We loved our stay. My grandson loved having movie night in the movie room. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. It is for sure on our short list of places to stay.

This is a great 30A property that has great pools and beach access from boardwalks. There are many high end touches and plenty of room for a large group. The two floors feel more like a house than a condo. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Sanctuary by the Sea was great.
The staff members were very friendly. The facilities were top notch and was very child friendly for my two year old grandchildren, particularly the walk in pool.
The beachfront was awesome, very private and spacious.
The unit 3107 was truly amazing. It was very well equipped and the upstairs Master with the large balcony made for a great retreat.
Three families shared the unit without feeling the least bit crowded.
We have already booked for next year and look forward to returning for many years in the future.
