Conveniently located in Mid-City Los Angeles (not far from the freeways to shorten travel times), this 425 square foot tiny home is best suited for one guest when rented long term (due to its size!). It's centrally located in Los Angeles. Mid-City is central to the LA beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Ray, Playa Del Ray), Downtown LA (convention center, shops, restaurants, bars), Hollywood and more! It's very close to the 10 highway so guests have convenient access to freeways.

This home is equipped with smart tech, stylish decor and modern finishes including a contemporary rain shower, modern chevron tile floor, full-size kitchen appliances (including full stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge), washer and dryer, Smart Nest AC system, a smart TV, wifi and more. There is a small step up into the patio entrace area at the front of the home.

Sit outside on the patio and hear the Mid-City parrots fly by. We hear them in the morning and the evening, and they like to sit on the palm trees in the horizon. It's quite the LA experience!

The interiors of this home feature contemporary chevron tile floors, premium gold finishes on cabinetry, brand new kitchen appliances, a large 50" smart TV, a smart Nest thermostat for heat/AC, complimentary laundry appliances, a modern rain shower, and an outdoor reading nook on the attached patio.

Cook a meal in the new kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen includes plates, dishes, flatware, cups, wine glasses, etc. There is seating for three at the kitchen island. We provide a Keurig coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with towels and washcloths. The living room is equipped with a smart TV so that guests can sign-in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. accounts to watch TV.

The bedroom includes a Queen mattress and sleeps two guests. The living room includes a memory foam pull-out mattress that also sleeps one guest (although not much space is left for walking when it's pulled out!).

Free street parking is available at this home.

There are three homes on the property, including one primary residence at the front of the property and two back houses. This home is one of the two back houses. We all like to keep to ourselves, but are a friendly bunch!

My husband and I are BIG fans of Los Angeles and have so many "favorites" to share with you! In our welcome guide we include our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

- Taqueria Los Anaya (super close to the home & our favorite local Mexican food)

- Hangari Kalguksu (not local to this home, but our favorite chicken soup!)

Local attractions we recommend:

- Manhattan Beach Pier (our favorite beach)
- Urban Lights at LACMA (iconic!)

For guest security, an outdoor surveillance camera is installed outside of the home to view the driveway entrance.
