About this house rental
Nestled among the fruit orchards and wine vineyards of Lake Chelan’s north slopes sits our secluded getaway we call Vineyard Valley. Our home is only a 3½ hour drive from Seattle, yet you feel like you have truly gotten away from it all! On six secluded acres, the home has unobstructed lake views, a private vineyard, hot tub, and full day sunshine in the summer. The two-bedroom home is fully furnished with loads of amenities and ready for your visit!
There are six wineries within walking distance of Vineyard Valley. Cairdeas Winery, Succession Wines, Lake Chelan Winery, Benson Vineyards, Chelan Ridge Winery, and Silver Bell. These are some of the best wineries in the area, which makes our home location even more perfect.
Downtown Manson, with tasting rooms, restaurants and a waterfront park, is a quick seven-minute drive north. Downtown Chelan, with shopping, restaurants and entertainment, is just twelve minutes south. And twenty minutes up the hill is Echo Valley & Echo Ridge offering endless hiking in the summer and downhill & cross-country skiing, tubing, and snowshoeing in the winter. Old Mill Park with boat ramp and water access five minutes away.
Specifics:
-Two-bedroom, one bath
-Two queen beds; queen-sized inflatable, and pop-up crib available
-Meant for four adults and up to two kids aged 0-17
-Tasteful kitchen with electric range, well appointed with basic condiments and spices.
-Microwave, waffle maker and Keurig coffee machine with k-pods and ground coffee stocked. Tea too.
-Hand wash dishes (no dishwasher)
-Comfortable counter-top bar eating and cozy living area
-WiFi
-No TV, bring your own tablet or PC to stream via WiFi
-Some board games and cards available, Corn Hole for outdoor entertainment
-MegaBoom Bluetooth speaker available for music
-Covered porch with lounge chairs and dining table
-Hot tub (4 adult capacity) available for use year-round with large patio space
-Propane grill available April 15 - October 15 for outdoor grilling.

PETS
We do welcome pets with a pet fee. Please note the outdoor space is NOT fenced in. There is wildlife in the area that often visit the property. This includes coyotes, deer, hawks, geese, mice and other wilderness friends. Please keep your pets close and clean up after them!
WINTER RENTERS
Typically between November and the end of February snow can be in the forecast.
The property is at the end of steep driveway that is NOT plowed. If it does snow, the driveway is certainly passable in all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive vehicles. There is also alternate parking at the top of the driveway and you can walk down to the house.
Please watch the weather forecasts and be prepared.

This spot has privacy, an incredible view, a hot tub, and a bed that was so comfortable that my husband and I started talking about how we needed to get a new mattress in our own home! The kitchen was chic and fairly well-stocked, and the spot is near some great wineries (Chelan Ridge Winery in particular was lovely with great wine, friendly staff, and a calendar packed with live music) and not too far from town if you'd prefer to dine out. The only thing that's maybe worth noting – and this was not a detraction for us, but figured I'd mention it for other potential visitors – but there's no TV in the house. We had a laptop and the WiFi signal was nice and strong, so we watched a movie one night on that no problem.
Can't wait to plan a return visit someday soon!

So happy with our choice to stay here for our anniversary. Waking up to this view was incredible. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.
