The space:
Located in the beautiful South Seas gated resort style community, our stunning, updated 18th floor, tower 3 condo sits high above the shimmering Gulf waters, overlooking the natural beauty of Tigertail Beach and the large heated pool. We are perfectly situated to enjoy the magnificent sunsets fading into the Gulf from the expansive balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing or invigorating beach adventure, look no further! Enjoy comfort and style in this lovely two bedroom, two bath condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or pool or wherever the sun and salty air take you!!

Marco Island has many activities for guests to enjoy. In addition to miles of white sandy beaches, there is a movie theatre restaurant, mini golf, bike rentals, parks, fishing, shelling and dolphin charters, boat cruises, a historical museum and a multitude of other waters sports options for guests of all ages. We are close to the Everglades and Naples as well. Our condo is walking distance to several island favorites including Dorene's Cup of Joe!

A wonderfully-maintained condo, light and spacious with clean everything and a large lanai. Great view of Tiger Tail sand, estuary, pool, and the gulf. Host Tricia is on top of things and strives to answer every question quickly. Super easy check-in and just a comfortable, stunning place to relax on the beach.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed being in it very much. The kitchen is well stocked and the view is stunning. The owner was very friendly and available if we needed her.
This association however is not renter friendly. We did not know all of the pool rules until we got there. The pool doesn’t allow jumping, balls or any play. It’s a standing around type pool. One day an older man screamed at a little boy in front of everyone. And I heard the pool attendant complain about renters multiple times. Which would be great if you’re an adult; but not for children who want to play. The rules go beyond the pool. One morning we were woken up at 8am to an intercom system in all of the bedrooms reminding all of the spring breakers of the rules. And the guards at the gate were so rude. There were multiple times during our stay that we couldn’t believe how we were spoken to. It really felt we were a huge inconvenience; which is frustrating given what we spent to be there. We had been there 6 days before we finally made it a day without being scolded. I have never experienced anything like it. It’s clear that to be allowed to have owners rent their units they’ve adopted a bunch of rules. It was uncomfortable and led to us finding other ways to entertain ourselves. Overall we were disappointed as this wasn’t a good fit for a family with children.
If you are an older adult it is a fantastic place. There isn’t any protections for renters in situations such as this. Spend the money and deal with it.
Note- the beach is a decent walk. Not bad for us but if you have anything against a 10 minute walk to the water beware.
