Located in Rogoznica, this villa has the most amazing sea view from its terraces. Isolated from the village, the villa offers absolute peace and privacy.
The newly built stone house is a mixture of tradition and modern design, providing our guests with all the comfort of modern life. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a nicely decorated and spacious living room. This stone villa can accommodate up to 6 guests across three beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In total, the villa has 3 en-suite bathrooms and one toilet.
The exterior of the villa extends over 600 m² and features a private swimming pool and a place for relaxation, where guests can relax and enjoy the Dalmatian sun. Darts are available for fun, while children can play at the children's playground.
Located in the middle of Dalmatia, just a few minutes from a great beach and surrounded by the beautiful countryside with its unique rolling hills and olive groves, this perfect location offers countless opportunities to discover the beauty of Dalmatia. It is just a short drive from amazing cities like Primošten, Šibenik, Trogir, and a little further, Split, all known for their rich historical and cultural heritage.

The house was beautifully decorated — every detail felt thoughtfully chosen, and the whole space had a warm, welcoming vibe. The terrace and pool area were just perfect for relaxing together, especially in the evenings after a day of exploring.
The location was ideal — peaceful and quiet, but still close enough for easy day trips to nearby towns and beaches. It honestly felt like a home away from home. We left feeling completely relaxed and already dreaming of coming back someday.

Our stay here was truly lovely, the villa has everything you could need, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and beautiful pool. Air con was welcome as it was 35 plus for our stay. Will need a car though only 5mins from good supermarket, and town of Rogoznica which has a lovely walk along a harbour area with lots of restaurants. The owner was easy to contact via whatsapp to arrange check in, then left us in privacy and was easy to contact to arrange check out at our convenience based on our flight times. Would recommend.
