House on the best beach on the South Coast, located at the tip of Serrambi, 50 meters from the beach. Cozy atmosphere, with decoration and lighting to offer comfort and tranquility. 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all with air conditioning, bathrooms with electric showers, swimming pool, outdoor terrace with barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave. Private security in the condominium, Wi-Fi, 50'' TV.
Included: gardener (daily). The gardener is responsible for the garden and outdoor area.
- Pool cleaner comes 3 times a week.
- Security at the Ponta de Serrambi condominium.
- 70 km from Recife International Airport. Renting a car at Recife Airport is recommended.
- 10 minutes to the center of Porto de Galinhas.
- 5-minute walk to the natural pools of Serrambi.
- 2-minute walk to a beach with calm waters. The calm waters create the perfect environment for various activities, such as: boat trips to Porto de Galinhas, Santo Aleixo Island, Carneiros Beach, Manguezal Beach and natural pools; diving; kayaking; speedboat tours; sailing; windsurfing; stand-up paddleboarding.
