About this house rental
Welcome to BareNecessitiesBreck! This cozy A-frame, perched on a hillside just outside of Breckenridge, offers breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unique mountain home has two separate living areas and an outdoor deck providing ample space to share with your family and friends. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the views! You'll have easy access to five of Colorado's iconic ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mt, A Basin, and Loveland. In the summer, you can enjoy mountain biking trails, hiking, fishing, and boating at nearby Dillon Reservoir. Downtown Breckenridge is a quick three mile bike or drive, where you can enjoy excellent restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of video security cameras located in the front and rear of the home. Our guests are welcome to unplug these, we do ask that they reconnect them when they checkout. Please come and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer!

This Chalet is amazing ! It is the perfect set up for 2 families. Bedrooms upstairs for the adults and the living space / bedrooms downstairs was perfect for the kids. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. The view is like a post card. The beds were comfortable - place was so charming and cozy ! Cant wait to come back.

Loved the view and wood burning stove. The cabin was close to Breckenridge and the host was very accommodating.
