The Treehouses
Our Treehouses are located within one beautifully designed building that is divided into four private units. When you reserve a Treehouse, the entire space is exclusively yours — including your private hot tub, deck, and fire pit. While the units share a single structure, each one is separated by privacy walls and thoughtful landscaping to ensure a secluded and peaceful experience.

Stone electric fireplace with wood mantle in the living room

Traveling with friends? All four units may be rented together at a discounted group rate.
Occupancy & Restrictions
To preserve the serene and intimate atmosphere of this building:
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests
No pets or children are permitted in these units
Privacy Enhancements
Although the Treehouses are attached, we have taken intentional steps to maintain privacy and comfort.
As with any shared structure (similar to a hotel setting), we ask guests to remain mindful of neighboring units and follow our Quiet Hours between 10pm-7am.
Strategic landscaping separates each outdoor living space.
Each unit has separate parking and designated walking paths.
Outdoor wood wall dividers provide added seclusion.
Resort Amenities
As part of our Resort property, you’ll also have access to several shared outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and fun.
The Yard is the heart of the Resort and features:
Scenic mountain views
Comfortable seating areas
Group fire pit
Bocce ball court
Corn hole
Horseshoes
Our signature Logzebo with a bedswing
We also offer an onsite hiking trail leading to:
The playground
Our Eco Park, featuring a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge

Dishwasher pods

Please note that these items are intended to get you started and may not last the duration of your stay. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may wish to purchase additional supplies.
We recommend stopping by the grocery store prior to arrival. Bryson City’s main grocery store, Ingles, is typically open until 10:00 PM (hours may be reduced during winter months).
Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change quickly due to weather. Roads and driveways leading to the cabins may include pavement, gravel, or a combination of both. Depending on the season, conditions may include heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, or leaf-covered roads.
We strongly recommend traveling in a 4WD vehicle, especially during winter months or inclement weather.
Please Note:
No refunds will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We encourage all guests to check weather and road conditions prior to travel to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

This cabin was cute and cozy! The checkin was easy and the amenities provided made it feel very welcoming. Definitely will be back.

Cabin was perfect for a long weekend with my wife. It is possible to hear other guests at times, but that is to be expected in a connected unit. The entrance off the highway can be difficult to see at night and 4-wheel-drive is recommended to get up the hill leaving the property.

We enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I wanted to have an overnight trip together so we explored Bryson City & went to the Casino in Cherokee. Tree House A was so clean & cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay here & would definitely stay again in the future.

We arrived and was in the cabin in no time. Very easy access.The cabin was exactly like the listing said. Had no trouble withanything at all. Will definitely be returning!
