About this house rental
Pretty furnished house for 4 people, comfortable and independent, rated 2 stars. It is located in the heights of Pennedepie less than 10 km from Deauville and Honfleur. Beach and shops such as grocery store in Villerville (2km away) and Breuil forest 5 km away. Hypermarkets in Touques (6km).
This cottage includes on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen, living room (1 sofa) with TV and wood stove, WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140*190 + 1 bed 90*190), 1 landing bedroom (1 bed 90*190) and shower room. Wifi available.
Garden furniture and barbecue and garden of 100 m2. 1 parking space for 1 vehicle.
Linen rental (sheets, towels).
Cleaning must be done before returning the accommodation or cleaning option on request to the landlord.
Owners washing machine on request. Baby equipment on request.
Rental all year round with a minimum of 2 nights; rental of a minimum of one week during the school holidays and over the period from mid-June to mid-September.

Ce fut un séjour très agreable de pouvoir s’assesoir dans le jardin avec les Sons apaisants des poulets et des moutons en arrière plan. Et bien sûr avec les visites du chien. C’est unie maison très propre et c’ ėtait très agreable d’avoir un vase avec des fleurs fraîches sur la table.

The gite was in a lovely quiet location. The owners cannot speak English so communication was not easy. This was particularly a problem when we couldn't light the oven and the owner couldn't either. She managed to get a neighbour to come and show us which was good.Unfortunately the over was temperamental and wouldn't work on another occasion. Access to main bed would be uncomfortable for very tall person due to ceiling height on one side. The shower is very small.Good situation for coastal towns. Villerville has great fish and chip cafe and creperieSupermarkets close by
