Lokalizacja, oraz wyposażenie w apartamencie (AGD). Apartament jest położny w górnej części Świeradowa, piękny widok z okien.
Sam budynek w którym mieści się apartament jest podrzędnie wykonany, ściany pomiędzy apartamentami są nie wygłuszone i słychać najmniejszy hałas, rozmowy, płacz dziecka, etc

die Aussicht war sehr gut, ein Kaffeeautomat gefüllt mit Kaffee, Geschirrspüler war vorhanden und ausreichend Geschirr
der Fußweg vom Ort zur Wohnung war sehr steil und nicht für ältere Menschen geeignet, der ganze Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nur anonym

- during reservation in May I was assured that there is a place for bikes in storage room but on 1st day it occurs that there is lack of such place. We had 4 bikes and 2 for enduro riding ... - some defects in apartment i.e. lack of handle to toilet which occurs that everybody needs help during bath. No reaction after 2 calls with request to fix it. - weak wifi - long walk uphill from city center
