About this house rental

Between the Vermentino vineyards and rocks carved by the Maestrale, with ancient history all around. Sunsets that set the horizon on fire, trails leading to hidden coves, boat trips and dives into crystal-clear waters. This is Costa Paradiso: wild nature, authenticity, and freedom.

In this setting stands Villa Livia, the twin of Giada. Modern and bright, surrounded by greenery, it offers a pool shared only between the two villas—also available together as a two-family solution for groups.

The Villa
- A stone path leads to the private entrance. Inside, a spacious living area with lounge, glass dining table, and modern kitchen. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), all with direct outdoor access and sea view. One double room has an en-suite bathroom; two further large, refined bathrooms complete the villa.

Outdoors and the Pool
- In front of the living room, a covered veranda with glass table opens to the horizon. At the back, a second patio ensures privacy and quiet. The solar-heated pool, set in the garden and surrounded by loungers and parasols, is reserved only for Livia and Giada.

The Surroundings
- The location is central and convenient: within 10 minutes on foot you can reach rocky coves and Maya Square, with restaurants and a market. In just a few minutes by car you arrive at the marina, the starting point for trips to Li Cossi and Cala Tinnari. Inland, Gallura opens up with vineyards, nuraghe, and authentic villages.

Guests have exclusive access to the villa, the garden, and the outdoor spaces. The pool is shared only with the twin villa Giada.

Villa Livia breathes the colors of the Mediterranean: modern and welcoming, suspended between the green of the gardens and the blue of the sea. An intimate retreat where every day in Costa Paradiso becomes a memory to take home.

A really nice villa with 3 good bedrooms. You have a twin villa with a pool to share. No problems for us. Saw a lot of wild boars. There is a linen and cleaning fee which I not in the price. €25 per person for linen and €100 for cleaning in cash. Good to know.

In fairness: we did not research Costa Paradiso upfront and didn't realise the villa was going to be in a combo of a gated community and holiday village, with it's own shops, bars, restaurants and services. all a bit more expensive than outside. BUT... after the first night we really started to appreciate the amazing location, overwhelming nature, sun-set views and on-site amenities, such as the Calice d' Oro restaurant and secluded beaches. The villa had 3 well appointed bedrooms with a/c. The master has it's own bathroom but weirdly enough twin beds. Perhaps we could have swapped out mattresses but we ended up putting one of our kids there and take one of the other two, slightly smaller, bedrooms with double bed and a shared bathroom. Living room is fairly small with an open kitchen that is functional albeit a bit basic. Internet worked very well and had proper speeds, even allowing video streaming to work without flaw almost always. The villa has two terraces, one facing and overlooking the ocean allowing for fantastic views and sunsets and the other more of a secluded area that we enjoyed to use for dinner at times. There's a covered carport and a garage (with a washing machine) and the villa shares a swimming pool with it's twin villa. The pool itself was a bit on the small side, considering it's shared and could do with some maintenance on the tiling front. in all, we did have a great stay here and would recommend despite the minor small areas of attention.

Amazing nature, beautiful views and sea combined with stay in very comfortable, stylish property located in perfect place makes our vacation great this year. And of course, I must mention Sonia and Manuela, thanks to whom we were able to solve all problems and helped us to implement all our plans. One more time many thanks Sonia and Manuela !!!!!

Gerne wieder. Danke Sonia.
