Lovely basement apartment nestled into quaint cherry Hills! I needed a few extra days after being released from Porter Hospital from an extensive back surgery. Everything we could possibly have wanted and needed was provided and host Ken is always available and gracious! Homey, sweet, comfy, close to many restaurants, quiet and just the perfect respite for us!! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!!

Cute place in a great location. Everything you would need is provided. The bed in one of the rooms was high and there are very nice and fragile decorations everywhere so I think it's more suited to older children if traveling with family. The provided parking space was super helpful and the listing isn't exaggerating that it fits only regular sized cars (sedan and smaller). Overall a really great place to stay.

This lovely flat is a great discovery—we were so lucky to find it! Every detail has been considered with guests’ comfort and aesthetic delight in mind. It’s even better than the pics. And the location, on an elegant block in North Cherry Creek, is a breeze to find and convenient to everything. Colorado Blvd’s restaurants and shopping are minutes away, as are downtown’s museums and parks. In a week’s stay, we encountered no issues. When minor questions arose, Kent was quick to respond. Our only small suggestions would be the addition of a skillet to the [immaculate] kitchen and perhaps a couple of throws for the beds. We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Kent!

I really liked the property and the location however the communication with the host was not very positive or friendly. I also loved the kitchen bath and both bedrooms were fully stocked with all of the items I needed. Thanks! Liz
