The place was calming & relaxing; new & well kept. All amenities were there for an enjoyable stay. Area felt safe, locked parking area. Host was quick to respond for wi-fi help. Best thing was the view from the sliding doors; modern landscaped backyard with green grass!

The Casita seems like a cute decorating project for a young folks studio apartment. Platform bed and all. Comfortable enough. Whether you use the off street parking spot or not, access to and from the property is with a locked heavy metal gate.
It appears that the main house and Casita were bought and rehabbed specifically for short term rental in a currently developing neighborhood.
