PLEASE NOTE: 90 day minimum stay, sorry no exceptions... not our choice. For Jan 2025 start and April 2025 end dates the block is somewhat flexible if it helps with your reservation prior or after this block, please ask.

If you enjoy high quality, quiet surroundings for your vacation then our beachfront condominium in the exclusive gated Cape Marco development is for you!! Our 2,000+ sq foot unit has hardly been used and is in great condition.
This is truly a beachfront location versus other non-beachfront buildings within the Cape Marco development.
After you pass through the guarded front gate, you will enter the private covered parking with two dedicated parking spaces close to the elevator. Valet trams and shopping carts are parked nearby to help in your arrival and departure. The secure elevator serves only two units per floor. A decorated marble and tile vestibule off the elevator, and a stained wood double door entry await your arrival.
Inside you will find 10' high ceilings finished in a french stucco swirl above a large living area and dining room combination that looks out through the tiled, oversized lanai (approximately 15' x 22') to a expansive view of the ocean. It is low enough to hear the ocean and see the beach, yet high enough to enjoy your morning coffee in your bathrobe.
The floor plan is open and bright. It is professionally decorated for personal use, not the typical basic rental decor, but top quality fabrics, furniture, & accessories.
The fully appointed gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, European cabinetry, and solid surface counter tops. Extras include a Cuisinart, Juicer, George Foreman Grill, Blender, Mixer, electric outdoor grill complete baking setup.
Master bedroom with king bed has large walk-in closet, separate shower and jacuzzi whirlpool tub. It looks out onto the beach and at night you can hear the ocean waves.
A small working desk is available if you must work while you are at the beach!
Guest bedroom with king bed and attached full bath. Off of this bedroom is a very private, second morning lanai where you can enjoy the views of the island.
Third bedroom with very comfortable queen Murphy bed, next to hall bathroom with standing shower.
And for the additional guest there is a full size pull out sofa bed in the living room.
Our building has its own dedicated pool, and is usually not busy. It is a short walk to the clubhouse and 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, sauna, work out room complete with tread mills, stationary bikes, high quality multi-station weight machines, and more.
We know you will thoroughly enjoy vacationing as we have on the ocean in Cape Marco. We look forward to sharing our wonderful world at the beach with those who will treat it as if it is their own.
