Villa Lumbung Salak

Het was prachtig gelegen in de heuvels. Ons uitzicht was onbetaalbaar!

De route er naar toe was drama..Maar achteraf lag dat aan google..in combinatie met de driver, die overigens wel zijn best deed.

Makanan enak. Dapat free teh anget untuk satu keluarga plus pisang gorengnya. Kamar nyaman. AC dingin. Saya pesan mobil untuk minta dijemput dari Bogor. Kebetulan saya naik kereta dari Jakarta.

Kamar yg saya pesan kebetulan TV nya lagi rusak. Gantinya TV jadul. Padahal saya mau menikmati bola piala dunia.

La vue et les petites maisons sont top. Le personnel est très serviable et nous a aidé à trouver des chauffeurs.

La route est longue et difficile.

The views especially at night. The cool climate at nightfall.

The lack of a fridge. Also the lack of AC as the day time inside the room is very hot , probably due to lack of insulation building material. But this was made known in reviews and the cheaper price so cannot complain too much. Many flies during day and many mosquitoes at night. Approach road is like an overgrown jungle path, not even a dirt track, quite frightening driving there for the first time. Very hard for a car to turn around once you reach the destination to face the reverse direction to leave the place as there is limited space. The shower has hot water but mixing hot and cold water is a problem as it is not even. In the end, had to store in a bucket to bath. Have to climb a bit of stairs from car to villa, thru dirt and bamboo stairs. Not suitable for older folks. Also Some steps not maintained properly and almost slipped twice.
