This house is beautifully located overlooking the dunes of the cosy seaside resort Callantsoog. The holiday home can be rented all year round and is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, sea and dunes.

The house has a spacious private garden with shed and private parking. The garden has a lovely sunny terrace with garden furniture and, if you are looking for shade, you can put up the parasol.
The cottage has 2 floors, downstairs you will find the living room, kitchen and bathroom and upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a wide range of pans and cutlery, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. In the living room there is a 3-seater sofa and an armchair and coffee table, a sideboard and there is an LCD TV with digital reception, DVD player and a HIFI set are also present. From the living room you can access the private terrace with garden furniture and at the back of the garden there is a shed that holds a wagon and enough space for your bicycles. The master bedroom with 2 hotel beds has a French balcony and a spacious wardrobe for your clothes. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and a spacious chest of drawers. There is plenty of room for another travel cot. A log-in code gives you free wireless internet access.

The beach of Callantsoog is only separated by 1 dune from the village centre with its cosy pubs, terraces and restaurants. Close to Callantsoog are old towns such as Schagen with its West Frisian market, Alkmaar with its famous cheese market and Den Helder with many interesting museums. A nice trip to Texel is also possible. Furthermore, Callantsoog is located directly behind the dunes in the 'Zwanewater' nature reserve.
