Walkable & Renovated! Salter Path Retreat w/ Deck

I liked the house set up. It was perfect for the type of vacation stay.

The AC was cool, the porch facing the sound was nice.

We loved the amount of room it had. It was a nice location as well.

The shower in the upstairs bedroom on the right did not heat up. It was luke warm. There was also dog hair on the beds and food in the kitchen floor. A set of living room blinds were broken when we arrived. It was hard to cook with no baking dishes, one bowl, not a full knife block, plus many more kitchen items that were needed. Working in the Short Term Rental/Hospitality field, there were a lot of items that needed attention. The wifi wasn't posted anywhere in the house. We also stripped all the beds, whether anyone slept in them or not for sanitary reasons. More than one towel per guest would have been great, too.

It had a broken window and broken window shade in bedroom

There were 8 of us and the house was spacious enough to accommodate all. The kitchen was pretty well supplied with dishes and cookware. Well located for most needs and wants.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Need more railing at top of stairs. Can be hazardous for us old folks. The stove probably needs replaced. It throws the breaker if more than one burner or a burner and oven are used at same time. Breaker may need replacing.
