Wonderful stay in Koufunisia

Ae loved the accommodation it is 4 min from the beach and 6 min from the village. It was always very clean and the lady that was taking care of our room was the absolute best. The villa is cozy, beautiful and great value for money. Also amazing view from our cute balcony, I can only recommend!

Loved my five days so much, I will be back.

Daily cleaning and extremely well maintained room with snacks, drinks, water. The free pick up from the port was a nice surprise as was the warm welcome. All staff was super friendly and warm. Highly recommended. I appreciated the fast internet and extremely quiet side street the property was located on. I rarely slept so well in my life. Loved the three legged dog. She was a highlight greeting me and hanging out with me in the afternoons.

There was nothing not to like.

We liked everything about this property! the staff is amazing! Nikitas picked us up from the port and also gave us a lift the day we checked out. The lady that looked after the rooms was lovely! The room was properly cleaned everyday no matter what time we left. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes from the town. It was very quiet throughout the day and the vibes were amazing! If I also put into account the quality of the beaches nearby it was by far the best holiday of my life! will definitely be coming back!! We never been in a place like koufonisia before and I highly recommend it. Thumbs up Villa Ostria! our holidays with you were the best!!!

Everything perfect

Nikita’s place is amazing, it’s little bit out of the main street which is great because it’s really quiet and far from the noise. The Villa is really nice, it has a nice garden where you can chill and Nikita is very kind host. The room was great, and the bed was superb! Recommended absolutely!

Higjly recommended for rooms to let.

Extremely clean and well preserved room. every day the bedding was done on time and the room was spotless. Good work ! The owner is extremely helpful, very polite and on to every need. On time to pick us up to the rooms when the ship arrives and on check out kept our stuff and brought it to harbour so we can enjoy a last swim without carrying our luggage on the beach. Thank you again for this.

The doors from the wind are constantly making noise, day and night. OK…it’s Cycladic island and is most of the time windy but I think you can do something about that.

Pleasant

Clean room, comfy bed. Unusual decor - made a change from plain white. Other side of the beach to the main town (so closer to other beaches). Shared courtyard with board games, wifi - nice place to bring a beer.

No wifi in room. No air-con - just a ceiling fan (although not really a problem as wasn't too hot during our stay). Room and balcony quite small.

we were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival! the place looked so much better than the photos on booking. beds were perfect. Mr Nikitas was very kind to offer pick-up and drop-off to port. We really enjoyed our stay! Mr Nikitas also runs a beautiful restaurant at the village center serving delicious meals. usually there is a lot of people queuing at the evening. so prepare for that!

- location very close to the beach and center of the town - the balcony - the decoration: original and well done. Plus the place is well maintained - the owner: helpful and available

- no AC in the room (already mentioned in the description on Booking). The Fan is good enough - the mattress can be more confortable

Highly recommended, great location

I was upgraded to a much larger apartment with two balconies and fantastic views. Nikitas was very welcoming and picked me up for free from the port, even though I arrived very early morning. He provided lots of information on how to get to the different beaches and which restaurants were open (I arrived very early in the season). There was a large basket in the kitchen with biscuits and snacks along with tea and coffee. Great location just a few short minutes from the beach, restaurants and port.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was also low to the ground so not suitable for those with mobility problems or the elderly. The pictures on the walls were a little unusual - two pictures of nude ladies and a religious image. Not to everyone's tastes! The furniture was an unusual mix of 70s/80s and modern. The bathroom was a little small but everything worked perfectly.

Η διαμονή στο villa ostria ήταν ιδανική, με φανταστική τοποθεσία, 2 λεπτά κυριολεκτικά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα και κοντά σε παροχές, χώρα, σούπερ μάρκετ και φαγητό. Το transfer από το λιμάνι δίνει 1 τεράστιο bonus!

Θα ήταν χρήσιμος 1 νεροχυτης αλλά όχι αναγκαίος όπως αποδείχθηκε! Εξάλλου το νησί προσφέρει άφθονες επιλογές φαγητού έξω
