Grill, kayaks, bikes, off street parking . It is attached to a single family home that has two other units at opposite ends, allowing for maximum privacy for each unit. One is the owner's quarters. Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Smoke travels! We love pets, but previous guests have abused the privilege, so no more! Bungalow and property intended for guests only. We don’t want friends stopping by or being entertained here. There are two other bungalows to be considered as well as nearby neighbors. Low key guests are welcome. Units are licensed with Collier County for short term rentals.
