This is an attic apartment with 78 square metres bathed in sunlight. The “Meerestraum” apartment is about 500 metres from the fine sandy beach, about 200 metres from the coastal forest and 300 metres from the beautiful rhododendron park.

The house has a parking space. Bicycles can be parked outside. We can provide a hand cart free of charge.

The apartment provides a spacious living room with a comfortable leather sofa and the best technology. The adjoining open kitchen provides everything you need, with a table for fou, a fridge, freezer compartment, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, coffee machine, ample crockery, a mixer, all of high quality. The apartment has two balconies. The larger of the two adjoins the living room and the kitchen and has four chairs, a dining table, a small table for the grill, a canopy swing for one person and two parasols. The larger bedroom is furnished with a large box spring bed (200 x 200cm) with quality mattresses, as well as a big wardrobe for storing your holiday luggage. In the evening, perhaps when the children are already asleep, you can enjoy the evening sun with a glas of wine on the second balcony with two wicker chairs and a table. The second bedroom is also very comfortable, with two separate box spring beds (100 x 20cm). The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, a big walk-in shower, a washing machine and a dryer. A shower towel, two hand towels, a flannel are provided for each guest, along with tea towels and a bath mat. Essentials for the first few days are included in the rental price (washing up liquid, toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs etc.). You will undoubtedly feel very comfortable here, as the apartment has been decorated with attention to detail. The colours in the individual rooms are harmonious: the blue of the sea, the sand colours of the beach and the green of trees.

There are various everyday shops, a bakery, doctors, a pharmacy, a bank, a beauty studio, a flower shop, restaurants, ice cream stalls nearby on Kurstraße, about 100-500 metres away, within easy walking distance.

All guests receive a bottle of wine a welcome gift and a voucher for a 10% price reduction at the Aquadrom in Graal Moritz. The apartment was classified as five-star by the German Tourism Association (DTV) in August 2012.
