Luxurious high end property, at a dream location!
The design of the outdoor , as well as the indoor spaces has been designed so as to welcome guests with comfort, luxury, with latest technology amenities and extra services to offer an ultimate experience during your stay. Services like chef upon request, massage, wine cooler, satellite tv and relax, professional party sound equipment, fast broadband, energy efficient heating, cooling and hot water heat pump, romantic dinners, etc.
The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms from which, one of them has a small attic with one single bed that can host one extra person preferably child, and can host up to 11 people in total! From the 5 double beds, there is the possibility of transforming 1 of them, in 2 single beds. The villa also offers cava and wine conservator, fully equipped kitchen and a kitchenette as a second kitchen, internet, lounge sitting area and dining room!
The outdoor areas are constructed in 4 different levels of activities, all offering an amazing view in the Ionian Sea!
On the first level is the lounge area. On the second level is the breakfast area, a pool of 8.5m x 3.5m with a decoration covering of sea sand and the lounge deck of the pool.
On the third level there is a fully equipped outdoors professional bar/BBQ, a big dining table and sunbeds. On the fourth level you can find a big day-bed. The outdoor area has been designed with outmost care so as to offer a luxurious experience and trigger all of your senses regarding light, sound and view.
On top, you can find a gazebo that offers unique breathtaking view and relaxation.
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
The property offers open secure parking and contactless/keyless access.
Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable villa with its refreshing pool and well designed outside spaces.

Our family of 6 stayed at the VinBlu Villa for six nights in June (2023) and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we reached, the "Lefkada Holidays Rentals" team was prompt in responding to our questions and offered suggestions for local restaurants, things to do, and beaches to visit. We were thrilled to learn there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance to the house.
Before we arrived, the team helped us make a reservation at a local restaurant, and coordinated for us to take a day-long private boat cruise (our kids' favorite activity while we were in Lefkada). Most memorable for the adults was when we had a private chef come to the house to prepare the most amazing meal. All of this was coordinated by the Lefkada Holiday Rentals team.
The house itself is LARGE and had a great layout, which allowed for everyone to have space to move around. We had three adults and three kids in our party, and we were never short on space. The outdoor living space is what initially drew us in and it didn't disappoint! We spent each night sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine while listening to the sound system that came with the house (and was so easy to use).
The beach is a short walk (or less than one-minute drive) down up the road. We walked most days but drove to make things easier with our kids, which was really easy. There was a lot of parking at the entrance to the beach, and it made it easy for us moving around with young kids.
VinBlu Villa was the perfect way to start our 3-week trip to Greece and I'm so thankful to the team for everything they did to make this an incredible visit!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lefkada and plan to return again!

The Villa looks exactly like in the photos !
We was 12 people and enjoy from everything, cleanliness, facilities,
and most from the communication with Zacharenia that helped us with everything we ask.
