About this villa rental
Wonderful Mallorcan estate located in the mountains of Pollensa with privileged views towards the tramontana and Puerto Pollensa bay with a large plot surrounded by centenary olive trees.
The property is developed on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, with a dining table with large windows to the outside. A complete kitchen with storage. A suite bedroom with air conditioning.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
In the exterior you will be able to enjoy a unique experience next to the swimming pool, table tennis, barbecue and a chill out area to enjoy the landscape.
The villa is located in an area with great privacy and a garden meticulously cared for down to the last detail.
Only smoking is allowed outdoors
All rooms have air conditioning and are available 24 hours a day.

In the Balearic Islands, a mandatory tourist tax is applied for those over 16 years old:
•From 1 November to 30 April: €0.55 per person/day
•From 1 May to 31 October: €2.20 per person/day
•From the ninth night onwards, the rate is reduced by half
The Ecotax can be paid in cash, bank transfer or credit card.
Location
The holiday villa is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes by car from the town of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente are 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is enjoying the tranquillity and visiting the different beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rocky formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for scuba diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find numerous shops and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.
The reference points of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
In the historical environment of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.
The Port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist centres in Mallorca, the coast is not completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, and some excellent hotels.

This villa exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal – private and peaceful, yet close to Pollensa and the beaches. The house itself is charming, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Mallorca.

We are a group of friends travelling around the world and we decided to go to Mallorca to explore and enjoy.
We found Home Villas 360 on the website, guided by the positive comments and decided to book. EXCELLENT experience and security when making the deposit. The villa is beautiful, with spectacular views, we loved spending the summer there enjoying the pool and playing on the ping pong table.

We spent 12 days at this beautiful finca and absolutely loved it! The villa is spacious, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor area are very well looked after – lots of plants, flowers and olive trees. We enjoyed BBQsin the evening, spent a lot of time relaxing by the poolplayed table tennis. The temperatures dropped a little in the evenings but there is a heating system in the house and a fireplace that added extra coziness. The Internet connection is also very good - some of us worked remotely. The view from the terrace and upstairs bedrooms is simply breathtaking – we took amazing pictures at sunrise and sunset. It’s very quiet, you don’t see any neighbors except for sheep and donkeys who greeted us daily on our way down to the street. There are supermarkets in close proximity, Alcudia and Pollenca are only a short drive away. Pep was a wonderful host, he responded quickly to our questions, organized a change of sheets and towels mid-stay and gave lots of useful tips on what to do in the area. A late check out was no problem either. Thank you so much Pep, we can't wait to be back!
