ON THE SAND! 2 story spectacular beach front house on the sand on Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard with all amenities direct beach access. 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, gas fire place, 65 inch tv in living room and 52 inch in master bedroom with premium channels w/internet and high speed wifi. Amazing ocean and channel islands view from living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, master bedroom, second bedroom and large deck! Kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances.

On the beach in a prime location! Big well stocked kitchen, large family room with extra large TV and seating for 10. 5-bedrooms worked out great - no complaints. Ping pong table in the garage and parking for 2 or 4-cars if you squeeze them in. Close to everything and lots to do - including perfect sand and sun, seals and sea lions. We're booking again for next year.

Steve is an amazingly gracious host and always available for support. This is the perfect beach house—comfortable and spacious with modern appointments and all the necessities included. I have never stayed at a rental here with more offered. Stunning views from all windows and the warm feeling of home throughout. We made memories that will last a lifetime! Thank You, Steve!
