About this apartment rental
The need for a “crash pad” near ATL led us to invest in this 4 unit complex near downtown Newnan.
All units have been completely renovated.
Units B,C & D are rented to long term residents. Unit A is where we stay when we’re in town, and where you’ll stay when it’s vacant, if all the pieces come together :)

Keypad lock allows you to check yourself in.
The property is really close to Downtown Newnan - Whit’s frozen yogurt & Ardens Garden (fresh juice & vegan food) are practically next door.
3min drive to University of West GA.
~30 min drive to ATL airport
4 min walk to Lynch park & YMCA pool

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Upon arrival, we wee asked if we needed help unpacking from the other residents. The unit was spotless and the hosts thought of everything - from K cups for coffee to a full line of toiletries in the bathroom. We didn’t have any issues but were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. We enjoyed walking access to a delicious custard place, the community pool, and the historic neighborhoods. We highly recommend staying here!
