Storybook Cottage is sweet lil' stone home tailored for longer term stays. At 924sqft, it's not too big, but with three bedrooms that can sleep 6, it's not too small either. We like to say it's "just right" especially with all its 1929 charm. Fully furnished kitchen w/full size appliances. Washer/dryer, all utilities, high speed wifi are included. This historic home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood. 5 min to UIC, 5-15 minutes to various hospitals & Woodward campus's.

Quickie fam visit to meet my 2 new grandneices. Lovely old home with great updates. Couldn't use fireplace, but that's ok b/c i improvised and brought orange & red led string lites and put on logs, lol. This will be home base in future visits!

This was a cute house on a nice property! Very clean and cozy! I would definitely stay there again.
