The house was very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Terrific " hangout " areas. One huge great room with a fireplace and game tables, huge TV hot tub, and bar . A movie room in the downstairs. Very modern clean fully equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful time and were all very pleased with our choice!

Property was very beautiful, very clean and very roomy with nice extras like tv in every room, movie theater room, hot tub. Also had a lovely stream in the yard and a fire pit. Good location also. Maintenance could have been better but mainly little things. Worst was the deck which had a gap under one loose railing. Had tons of extra supplies like spices and condiments but no salt shaker and needed mixing or serving bowls. Great place though and owner was super responsive.

We stayed for a week with 6 adults and 3 toddlers/1infant. The overall house is very nice, with a lovely great room, well stocked kitchen, a wonderful game room upstairs and a small theater area downstairs. Our only disappointments were that the advertised community pool was not available at all, and the listing states the house has AC but fails to mention that there is no AC on the downstairs level (3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the theater room). While the downstairs did stay relatively cool, it was damp feeling and musty smelling, which was a downer for the family members sleeping down there (I would recommend some dehumidifiers/fans downstairs). Also think that the screen porch and outside decking needs some cleanup and repair, but it did not effect us too much. The firepit is a lovely location, and the stream is pretty. While we did not have pool access we did use the lake with a small beach area. The host was helpful. I would recommend the property for someone who is not expecting perfection. You are getting alot for your money compared to other properties, and we had a very nice family gathering!

Layout of the house is great and can accommodate a large group. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and 2 awesome living rooms. My group was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. I agree with the July 2022 reviews that mentioned the moldy smell. The host was awesome though and went above and beyond doing everything they could to improve the situation
