About this house rental
This is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom townhome located on the east end of the island at 300 Ocean Mile. It has been updated with beautiful coastal decor and furniture. You will enjoy gulf and pool views from the private deck. The beach is easily accessible from the community boardwalks.
The kitchen and open living area offers comfortable seating with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook those gourmet meals. You do have to bring your own food and condiments or buy them at 1 of the grocery stores on the island. The kitchen has granite counter tops, and a Keurig Coffee maker. The dining table seats 4. There is a laundry closet with a small washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king bed., a smart TV and private balcony with gulf and bay views. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a large walk in tile shower with glass doors and tile floors. There is new LVP flooring in the kitchen and living room.
This townhome is perfect for a couple or a small family. As guest of the Ocean Mile community, you will have access to two community swimming pools, park style charcoal grills, community beach boardwalks and close proximity to the island bike bath and State Park.

Very nice space for two people. Short walk to the beach. Everything in good shape. Nicely decorated space. Loved the art works from J Adams. Good bed. Interned worked without a glitch. We had very relaxing time!!

Beautiful ,clean condo. Loved the artwork from TAdams but couldn’t find any to buy!! Great location. Had everything we needed . We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

This is our second time staying here. The place is very nice, with comfortable furnishings; easy walk to the beach. The property owner responds very quickly to any concern or questions. The place is well equipped; everything was in good working order.
