Everything was great! Location easy to beach and town, house clean and well stocked. Only challenge is tandem parking with a single width driveway and street parking not permitted. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

We had a wonderful stay in this property! We had 2 couples in the 2 queen rooms and 4 single people who stayed on the bunk beds. The open concept in the living area was spacious and the large screened-in front porch added the perfect space to relax in the early morning and after sunset (heat wave obliged). We were notified as we checked in that the cable box was not working and that Xfinity was coming the following morning. Everything was fixed by lunch time without us having to get involved at all. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, away from the noise and the crowds but we still walked to town and to the beach (the street the house is on takes you straight to the beach in about 15 mins. We walk fast so it was closer to 12 mins) Michael was attentive and responsive. We would go back to this property! Thank you for hosting us!

The house is gorgeous inside. Beautiful hardwood floors extremely well stick kitchen and the porch is amazing. Neighborhood is just a few bocks com beach and town. If your a walker it’s an easy walk or we rented bikes and that was fabulous. Michael was quick to reply to all our emails. You won’t be disappointed with this gorgeous home
