About this cabin rental
Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath wood cabin that sleeps 14 guests. 2 blocks from the parkway, one block from Cal Ripken Baseball Fields, 2 miles from Dollywood, walking distance to the Little Pigeon River Walking Trail. Close to everything, all restaurants, Old Mill, The Island. We decorate for all holidays
Main floor has master bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, living room, large dining room, half bath and wrap around porch. Plenty of parking available.
Loft floor, sitting area overlooking the living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, one full bathroom.
Basement offers game room with pool table, kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini refrigerator), washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, room two has queen over queen bunkbed, full bathroom, walk out to the firepit area with park style grill.
Best Xfinity internet, cellphone service is great, NO HOT TUB, pets welcome with fee.

The cabin was very clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 6 kids. We had sufficient area to gather together and also had areas where my adult kids and their families could have their own space.

Property was well situated for 12 guests, 4 children 8 and under and 8 adults. Close to gas station and grocery store. Although located on 4 lane road the road generally wasn't busy. Close to most Pigeon Forge attractions. Property was clean.

The cabin is in a great location but it needs maintenance done to it. Upon arrival the property was way overgrown . Had to contact the host two days ins a row to see about if anyone was coming to mow the yard and trim some of the over grown weeds and bushes. The key pad is tricky to get into the main door with also. The trash can was still full from the previous renters and we had no where to secure our trash the entire stay. The ice maker is out in the fridge in the kitchen and the main deck needs work done to it. For the price it cost to rent all this should have been taken care of before our arrival.
