We abide by the 5-Step Enhanced Cleaning process set forth by Airbnb and have implemented updated cleaning and safety protocols that meet and often exceed the World Health Organization and CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing each property between stays. Below are just a few ways we are focusing on guest safety.· Cleaning supplies meet Grand County Health and CDC guidelines. We clean all surfaces with an alcohol cleaner that has 70% alcohol and we provide you with this cleaner during your stay.· Cleaning staff practices frequent handwashing, social distancing, temperature checks, and PPE use.· Thirty hour (1 day+) gaps between each guest· Duvet covers are used on all beds. All bedding is washed between stays.· All mattresses and pillows are encased in additional protective zipped liner.· Contactless check in with smart locks.Pet Policy· Upon booking, it is the renter’s sole responsibility to notify us that you will be bringing a dog via reservation message, call, or email. Failure to notify us of a dog prior to arrival will result in a $250.00 fee.· A non-refundable fee of $20.00 per dog per day is due prior to arrival.
