About this house rental
A sense of privacy and adventure awaits guests as they drive down this private road to Wildflower Retreat, surrounded by 40 plus acres of land, but located just about a mile from Parsons Beach and a short drive to Dock Square, Gooch's Beach and Mothers Beach. Enjoy the oversized in-ground pool, manicured perennial gardens and peaceful outdoor setting from dawn to dusk. The beautiful outdoor space includes a awning, propane fire table, Weber grill, lounge chairs, dining table, fire pit area, and beautiful deck and patio. The home is outfitted with features such as a Viking professional range, Subzero refrigerator, smart TVs, and home gym with a Stairmaster and wall-mounted barre.
First Floor:
The first floor boasts a Great room with ample seating and a vaulted ceiling, along with a full mudroom, powder room, large kitchen and dining room, and a master bedroom with en-suite bath and laundry. The kitchen flows out to an elevated deck, overlooking the pool area and the surrounding nature, and includes an outdoor dining table and a propane fire table.
Second Floor:
The stairway leads to three bedrooms, including a second master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bath. The second floor also has a bunk-room with two sets of bunk beds, a bedroom with two full size beds, and a full bath with tub.
Basement:
The lower level of the house features a bright walkout basement that leads to the pool and patio. The basement features a bar, a large TV and couch area, a gym with a TV, Stairmaster and barre, a laundry room, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed.
Please note: The pool is not available for use from October 1 through middle of May.
Maximums 2 dogs allowed with prior written approval.

Great house all around. Vacationed with 4 children - age 6 & under, 3 parents & 4 grandparents. Plenty of space for all. The pool was amazing, kitchen well appointed. Would certainly rent again.

This spacious and comfortable house was perfect for our family of eleven, including four children. The pool was a big success, sparkling clean with available water toys for the kids. Parson’s Beach is a short drive away and although there is limited parking, we had no problems accessing it. With plenty of amenities on and in the property, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Beautiful tranquil private location close to major famous conservation areas and trails, and close to Parson's Beach. House is new and well maintained, as is the amply sized pool. Spacious kitchen, family room and dining room for family congregation. Back deck is comfortable and has a large retractable awning for mid-day sun. Very close drive to Kennebunk, Wells and Kennebunkport. Deer and turkey roam in the woods surrounding the property, to the amusement of our family. Enjoyed the stay. If vacationed in area again would use same location.
