Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from our pier overlooking Sarasota Bay, We are located very close to all the amenities and beaches !!! Play in the morning and lounge by the pool in the afternoon !!! Soaking up the sunshine and enjoying all that the Gulf coast has to offer !!!
Large 2/2 condo that 2 couples can easily enjoy. You will have your pick of beaches - we are 10-15 mins from Siesta Key, Venice, Nokomis beaches. Relax on the lanai and listen to the waterfalls of the island, swim in the newly remodeled pool / hot tub, or walk out on our boardwalk to the Fishing Pier (1/4 mi one way) and watch the sunset without having to battle traffic. Our 2 /2 (2nd bedroom offers ensuite) condo is spacious at over 1400 sqft and includes a den for quiet seclusion. Some of the other amenities include -- 55" OLED TV in the LR, and TVs in both bedrooms, sunken soaking tub in the Master Bath, gated community, single car garage for extra security, breakfast bar and Dining Room for dining and/or munching.
Our Social Committee organizes monthly happy hours and social gatherings for you to meet our friendly neighbors.
Our HOA requires an application once the reservation has been accepted which will need to be filled out and sent to our HOA mgt company.

My husband and I spent a month at Sue & Bill's condo in a quiet community. It's on the main floor with a screened lanai overlooking the lovely pond, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching the birds and turtles. The bed was comfortable as was the living room & lanai furniture. The owners responded quickly to my texts, and Bill was especially patient in helping me to get the remote for the tv working. The kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans, baking pans, and a variety of dishes and glassware as well as upscale appliances. The nearby pool is well maintained and neighbors are friendly. Would highly recommend renting!

Excellent for our purposes. Owner was very accommodating. Peaceful on the lanai overlooking the pond. Very well equipped kitchen!
