We had 10 people stay here for a weekend and had the best time. The backyard area was perfect for us - we played pickleball all day, cooked lunch on the grill, used the outdoor fireplace both nights. Plenty of beds and space inside for everyone. The house is located in a beautiful valley just 10 minutes from the city. The hosts were very responsive and checkout was simple. Would love to come back here!

Our family stayed for Xmas eve and Xmas day. This home is gorgeous!! Beautiful country ranch, but minutes to the Pismo Beach Pier. The owner was quick to answer any question and checked in on us to make sure the home was ready and comfortable. This home is beautiful, roomy and had all the amenities and items we needed. The quiet entrance to this property opens up to a beautiful getaway valley centered on the working ranch. The guest house is set apart with beautiful views of the valley, and plenty of room inside and out for our six adults and two kids. We really appreciated the roominess, the grounds, and the location near Pismo Beach. Very comfortable stay for a family, and highly recommended.

This gorgeous home in the middle of a beautiful working ranch was perfect for our gathering of friends from Northern and Southern California. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the dining room and living room were spacious enough for all 7 of us to gather comfortably, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking together. The backyard was lovely for sitting outside and for an evening fire. We definitely recommend.

We stayed here for my boyfriend's 30th birthday, with a group of childhood friends. It was just magical and so charming. The view is astonishing and everyone enjoyed all the outdoor games/fire pit/grill. Such a gorgeous property with beautiful finishes and it's perfectly clean and maintained. The host was so communicative and friendly. Highly highly recommend.

This home has it all and is the perfect getaway for a group. We had pickle ball tournaments, soccer on the big grass area, an outdoor fire at night, and just tons of space for the kids to run around. Vince was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The photos are only a glimpse of how beautiful the property is. I highly recommend this home for a group or big family trip!

Truly this vrbo was a fairytale experience. The property was beautiful and frankly magical is an under statement. The host attended to so many details including essential oil sprays and they were so wonderful! S'mores wow, my family loved this! No question I am going to follow up on the essential oils because in spite of all the excitement of throwing a rehearsal dinner for my beloved son, I slept well! The communication with the host was wonderful. I will never forget this home and home it was because the warmth of family was evident in the decor, the kitchen and every other room in this home. And this home was playful...we enjoyed corn hole and while we didn't get to pickleball it was there! Ping pong table made this home for my family. Vince thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this an experience of a lifetime. Carol was amazing as well! And the working cattle ranch added to the experience. Kona, my lab is actually going to miss the cows...not sure they will miss us but I hope so!

My wife and I hosted my adult children and another couple to stay with us at this house for my son's wedding in SLO. It was the perfect spot! Located in a secluded ranch it provided the privacy we were looking for. The house is well stocked and had plenty of parking and large entertainment spaces for the extended family that dropped by for the wedding. We also brought our two dogs and they loved the place too. Overall, a great vacation house! A word of caution for guests with elderly or handicapped, to access the main floor there is a lengthy flight of stairs to climb which could be very difficult for them.

My sister was married in the barn below this property. This was a perfect home to stay in for a long weekend. It made it easy for wedding set up, tear down as well as worry free stay night of the wedding. Four day minimum was hard at first but ended up being worth it so we could enjoy the property the last days. It is gorgeous and so fun to get ready in morning of the wedding. I loved having everyone together and comfortable.

We were hidden among the hills of this private ranch. Not a care in the world and not a person in sight. So much scenery with a host that was so very gracious. Well worth the cost. This house was wonderful! It is truly beautiful and had such great views of the property. Plenty of space for bigger parties and everyone had a bed. Everything we needed from kitchen equipment to plenty of towels. We enjoyed the fire pit, walking along the beautiful pasture, cooking home cooked meals, and enjoyed the local breweries and wineries. What a hidden gem this was. Secluded back in a valley between Pismo beach and San Luis Obispo you are surround by beautiful views with a peaceful setting for your stay. Whether you want to play yard games and get some sun, play at the private park or talk a nice stroll down the long private driveway. Then end your night with a fire under the stars and some s’mores. It was a great setup for kids as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a perfect getaway with family and friends. HIGLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our family of 10 had a relaxing time in this beautiful home. Just a 10 minute drive to the beach for those who wanted to go paddle boarding, hiking, or otherwise peruse Pismo. Most of us stayed on the property reading, playing fetch with the dog, throwing the baseball around and running the bases on the real ball field a few steps away, playing pickle ball on the patio and ping pong downstairs. There was room for everyone to wander off or play together. Even sitting in a cozy chair inside reading felt luxurious with the view across the pasture. And at night, plenty of room to gather around for movies. We had a great time.

Really comfortable place for family gathering. Lots of outdoor space and outdoor games provided. Kitchen had almost all equipment we needed. We were able to fit 11 people around the dining table. House was very clean. Only two issues : getting in the gate, no wifi (and poor cell coverage).

Quiet sanctuary in the hills outside of Pismo Beach. Inverted living spaces with kitchen, dinning, living and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Fun playroom with ping pong , games and bunk beds and laundry downstairs in the converted garage. Large grassy area and pickle ball court outside. The host provided s’mores for our family gathering of 6 adults and 3 children. The stairs can be a work out if you have bad knees.

Beautiful property next to a barn. The wildlife (cows and turkeys) around the area was part of the whole experience. Had a bit of an issue with check-in on the first day because there is barely any cell service on the property, but the owner had great communication and quickly resolved the issue. Front gate is a couple miles out from the home which made the property peaceful and quiet but also made it very difficult to arrange Ubers to local tourist areas. The smore basket was a great touch. We would stay here again!

This property was amazing! It’s located on a farm, a few minutes outside of Pismo Beach. Very secluded and private. The property has its own baseball field and playground on site, as well as a pickle ball court and corn hole. The house itself is big, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I highly recommend this house for anyone who has kids or if you’re looking to have a getaway with friends. It’s literally 10 min from Avila Beach, so don’t let the location on the map deter you!
