GIS North House

The apartment is huge, but has a cozy feeling. It was clean when we got there and we received extra bedsheets and towels. It has AC, but with the big windows (which normally would be a bonus) + the heatwave, it was way too hot inside. So the apartment might need some darker, thicker curtains, so we can sleep longer when we come next year 🤭 This is honestly our only "complaint", we loved our stay a lot! It's fully equipped for a longer stay, all the dishes, laundry detergent, enough space to bring your own closet if you want to. It had coffee and tea and an ice tray. Also, loved the tv at 2AM after the festival. The building itself is very quiet and clean, and the parking spot is visible from both the balcony and windows so you can easily check up on your car. It's close to the bus stations and a few stops away from a supermarket (Kaufland), so it's easy to grocery shop even without a car. We do recommend it over the hotel in the area.

Proprietea se afla in nordul Bucurestiului cu iesiri rapide catre autostrazi, aproape de aeroport. In general este zona de constructii noi, cu magazine alimentare, benzinarie si altele. Cu posibilitate de a parca aproape si in siguranta o masina, multa zona verde si un view de la etajul 4 minunat. Legaturi foarte bune de transport public. Cladirea dispune de un lift modern cu holuri largi si totul curat si bine intretinut A! Da, balconul mare, numai bun pentru admirat un rasarit la o cafea intr un confort total. Interior mobilat cu gust, mobila de calitate si cu capacitate de depozitare excelenta. Cu un living mare cu canapea imensa, tv, home cinema, AC si centrala termica proprie . Bucatarie cu absolut toate cele necesare si intuitiv aranjate, frigider nou, electrocasnice in stare perfecta de utilizare si ca aspect. Proprietar fin si dedicat afacerii, as spune profesionist. Pat confortabil, doua sifoniere incapatoare si foarte bine integrate. Baie complet dotata, masina de spalat moderna si foarte utila pentru o sedere mai lunga. Restaurant cu specific italian la parter, plus altele destul de aproape in zona. Mobilierul pentru confort este completat cu un birou mare cu scaun mai mult decat confortabil. In general foarte potrivit pentru concediu de chiar 3-4 persoane sau calatorie de afaceri.
